How MyCloud works

Anytime, anywhere

MyCloud provides a web environment – accessible from any device with an Internet connection – where you can check and configure every meter registered on the same user account.
You can work with meters connected to the Internet in real time, and also schedule configurations for the offline meters. MyCloud syncs bidirectionally with meters connected to the Internet, so as to send a specific setting to the equipment or to receive data from it.

What MyCloud offers

Unlimited access to your meters

MyCloud gives access either to your MOISAIQ6 meters in real time. It provides information about the data collected during the sync performed the last time every analyser was online. This portal offers many functions that can be executed remotely: accessing information, downloading data, setting up the meter, etc.

How to get MyCloud

Start using it right now!

To start using MyCloud and managing all your meters, they need to be previously registered with the same Televes user account (televes.com), and to be connected to the Internet so the first sync can start.
From that moment on, managing and setting your MOSAIQ6 devices is as simple as accessing MyCloud (mycloud.televes.com).
Accessing MyCloud is a free service on the Televes' cloud of Televes for MOSAIQ6 users.

Download of data stored in your meter

Check your measurements conveniently anywhere

The menu of MyCloud will allow you to browse through all your meters to download the measurements and reports stored. At the end of the day, you just have to connect the meter to the Internet so as to sync it and to use the data conveniently from a computer.

Search and changes of the configuration

Collaborate with other users in the field

Meter settings can be changed by other authorised users: channel plans, quality profiles, SCR frequencies and user profiles...

Changes will be effective in real time if the meter is connected to the Internet (online), a clear advantage during fieldwork. In case the meter is offline temporarily, those settings will be stored on MyCloud and will be synchronised once the meter is back online. This feature is very useful to plan specific settings before going to the installation place.

Access to general information of the meter

Meters are identified at any time

Thanks to MyCloud it is no longer necessary to have your meters in front of you to check their identifying information (serial number, software version, etc.).

Besides, it is also possible to check the status of each meter (online/offline) as well as their last sync.
