Motion and Brightness Sensor 360º for CIES Crosswalk

The motion and light sensor completes the CIES Crosswalk solution. Thanks to its high sensitivity, it flawlessly detects the appearance of people up to 14 m away and notifies the luminaire to modify the lighting. This sensor is specially designed for streets with low traffic, as it has a detection angle of 360°. This ensures detection in all directions, ensuring adequate illumination every time someone passes through the area.
The sensor is equipped with Bluetooth, which enables wireless communication with nearby luminaires up to 35m away for synchronisation. Thus, the sensors communicate with each other sequentially, progressively increasing the illumination along the road as the presence of a pedestrian is detected.
In addition, it has twilight detection, to manage the switching on or off if necessary according to the level of luminosity, avoiding unnecessary waste in sufficient lighting conditions.
