Televes to take part in Finland's largest telecommunications fair

Televes will be taking part in the International Exhibition of Electricity, Communications, Light and Audio Visual in Jyväskyä, Finland. This fair is the Scandinavian country's main industry trade event and features a significant presence of international firms. The fair will take place from 1 to 3 February and will be combined with a programme of seminars and conferences.
The company will channel its presence at the fair through the booth hosted by Anvia –Televes distributor in Finland– where the new range of booster stations will be launched. There will be a special focus on the innovative electrical circuit of the Pikocom station, whose size has been significantly reduced for easy installation in domestic pull boxes.
Another Televes product to be presented in Jyväskyä is the range of H45 field meters that –due to the incorporation of digital processing– make the work of telecommunication installation technicians easier and more accurate.
Televes is also going to organise a lecture introducing the prototype for the optical interface of its Coax Data and will highlight both the low level of initial investment required for access to cable networks as well as its actual transmission speed of 1 Gbps. Coax Data is a hybrid adapter that enables personal computers with access to high-speed Internet, television and audiovisual and entertainment equipment to be connected using the existing electrical and coaxial grids without any need for additional wiring.
