Santiago de Compostela, 10th April 2012. Televes has launched the new Innova BOSS, a antenna specially designed for indoor reception of digital terrestrial television (DTT).

It incorporates Televes's revolutionary patented BOSS Tech electronic device that automatically controls the level of the output signal, ensuring the highest quality picture and sound – even in areas with low coverage – while minimising interference caused by movements near the antenna or TV. This is, therefore, a smart antenna.

What's more, the Innova BOSS is the first indoor plug & play antenna on the market. Simply place it where desired – vertically or horizontally – and connect it; there's no need for adjustments.

Keeping a step ahead of future developments, the company's engineers have equipped the Innova BOSS with the filters needed to protect it from possible interferences in the signal before the next deployment of the 4G mobile broadband (LTE) services network and, for this reason it bears a label with the LTE Ready mark registered by Televes.

NP100 Project

The launching of the new Innova BOSS forms part of the NP100 plan, the project promoted by Televes Corporation to launch a hundred new products in 18 months. This initiative started up in January 2011 and aims to reinforce the company’s leadership by winning market share, boosting internationalisation and motivating the whole human team.
